1 General Provisions

melbe (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") operates an online casino and cricket betting platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions govern all matters relating to the provision of services between the platform and the user.

In this document, "user", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the melbe platform. The service operates solely according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

melbe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without stating a reason. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the melbe platform, including all games, betting activities, bonuses and promotions, deposit and withdrawal processes, and support services.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the melbe platform and use any of its services, a member must be at least 21 years old. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 21 and above. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings received will be voided.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. If account verification fails due to incorrect information, melbe reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process. If any of your details change, please contact the support team promptly.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

melbe may, when necessary, request documents to verify a member's identity, age, and payment method. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If the requested documents are not submitted in a timely manner, the account may be suspended.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are strongly advised not to share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or renting your account, its balance, or access to any third party is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions on the melbe platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the melbe platform is ৳500 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. melbe only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the user's own name.

Deposits made through a third party are not accepted. If such a deposit is detected, it will be returned and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount on the melbe platform is ৳1,000. The standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit and to the user's own account.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. melbe reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests in cases of incomplete verification or suspicious activity.

4.3 Fees and Charges

melbe does not generally charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, charges may apply in accordance with the payment provider's own policies, which are entirely under the control of the payment service provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. After claiming this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw, you must wager ৳3,000 × 15 = ৳45,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• melbe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If a breach of bonus terms is suspected, the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.

5.3 VIP Program

The melbe VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

6 Game Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games offered on the melbe platform are operated by third-party software providers. The rules for each game are available within the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by a technically verifiable random number generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game or betting market. These limits are subject to change. melbe reserves the right to temporarily adjust betting limits during special events or tournaments such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, melbe will investigate the situation and provide a resolution based on maximum fairness. melbe reserves the right to correct any winnings or payouts incorrectly displayed as a result of a technical issue.

6.4 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets are available for BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, and other recognized competitions. Bets placed after a betting market has closed will not be accepted. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in immediate account closure as well as legal action:

• Engaging in fraud, deception, or manipulative activities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Exploiting bonus terms through unethical betting strategies ("bonus abuse").
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in a third party's name.
• Verifying an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to harm other members.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

melbe accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection or an issue with the user's own device.

• If it becomes necessary to suspend the service in accordance with the directives of an authorized authority.
• If the service is disrupted due to unexpected technical issues or force majeure events (natural disasters, state orders, etc.).

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by melbe

melbe reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is breached.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or unethical activity.
• Failure to provide the necessary information for account verification.
• In accordance with the directives of a legal authority.
• In the case of a long-term inactive account.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. All valid withdrawable balances will be paid out before the account is closed; however, any bonuses for which conditions have not been met will be considered void.
